I ordered my fabric on April 10 and received it on April 16. So happy with the fast shipping and very happy with the quality of the beaded lace fabric. I do alterations for a living and have worked with alot of beaded fabrics and when the quality is poor, beads are constantly falling off. These are staying put nicely. I'm very happy with my purchase and think the prices are very reasonable.

“I’ve been meaning to post this for the last couple of days, but it’s been super busy here. So now that it’s quiet(er); I thought I’d take a moment to review both the fabric and my overall experience with Fabric-Universe.com.

First, the fabric. It’s beyond perfect! I ordered one yard each of the Gold Matte Rectangular Sequin Fabric and the Royal Blue Teardrop Sequin Fabric. The color on both are fabulous…very vivid… and the sequins are securely attached to the nylon mesh base fabric. I also received samples of the Purple Teardrop, the Pink Teardrop and the Teal Rectangular fabrics and I’m equally impressed with those colors and construction as well. With the variety or colors/sequin sizes and the available colors; the possibilites for creating some truly stunning outfits for all the different size dolls is incredible.

Now, for the customer service. I can’t say enough good things about my shopping experience. From my very first question through post-delivery followup; the customer service has been superb! I know I’m not alone when it comes to doing a lot of shopping for supplies and such online. It’s a huge part of this hobby and the retail experience in the 21st century. All things being equal, outstanding overall customer service is the one thing that will move me to be a repeat customer with any given seller. That being said; I won’t hesitate to do more business with this store.

Daniel, the young man who assisted me, was wonderful with answering all my questions…and I had *a lot* of them. He made sure my package went out quickly, he made sure I had my tracking number so I’d know where my package was at all times and he touched base with me after I let him know that the package was received. Those may seem like little things, but they’re *huge* for me. Knowing that a company is there for you before a sale, during and after is wonderful.

They offer multiple methods of domestic shipping and offer international shipping as well. And those who are weary of purchasing with CCs with new sellers; payment is through Pay Pal. All big pluses.

“I have been waiting to leave a comment because I ordered lace from Fabric Universe to attach to my wedding dress and had it sent straight to my seamstress, so I didn’t even have a chance to see it in person.
